  1. Over eighty of those sitting in jail were arrested at the airport attempting to go to Uman against the explicit advice of their own rabbanim. They went there knowing they'd get arrested so no pity on them.

    1. Such achzoriyus on Erev Rosh Hashana do you also want to be judged like that without knowing the facts?
You had a whole Elul to do teshuva so no pity on you...

The very fact that they are arrested is a travesty regardless of what they did or didn't do.

    2. All these arikim know they'll be arrested sooner or later.
Some are obviously putting themselves in questionable circumstances.

They can always stay in the bet medrash. The military knows better than go into the batei medrash. But they'd rather goof off.

      2. Hamas and its acolytes have been in the US well before 9-11. This Laura Loomer is just seeking publicity.

      3. Siyum haShas gets 100,000 every 7-1/2 years in just one location. Plus in several other locations. (MetLife Stadium capacity is 92,000 plus the midway. All regularly filled (except the Ezrat Nashim)
