- One shot  to death in Jackson: Shaquille Green, 29, of Jackson, allegedly shot and killed Toraya Reid, 28, also of Jackson this morning, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. The two had been “in a dating relationship,”  it happened at the Paragon Apartment Complex on Larsen Road.
