Approve the lease agreement between The Church of St. Mary of the Lake, Lakewood, NJ and the Lakewood Board of Education for property located at 1141 East County Line Road, Lakewood, NJ to be herein known as Piner Elementary School at an annual cost of $520,322.52. The lease term is from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021
Why are we leasing more buildings and raising our property taxes?

Worse ...there are many hundreds coming in from other districts. Our BOE turns a blind eye to keep enrollment up and justify their salaries.
