ReplyDeleteCould have had school today. Even my son said so. Would have thought kids want off, but they want to learn Torah! My husband works so is unable to learn with him. He is too young to learn alone.

ReplyDeleteWe all know there is a election for Meir and Menashe the last thing they and the powers that be want is everyone to do pickup and deal and get aggravated with the town for no snow plowing, messy traffic and pick up and kvetch about the lack of roads, clean roads in Lakewood so to play it safe ... No school.
No school = Parents and voters are clueless and not take the frustration on the committee members and vote Meir and Menashe as the good politicians... Maybe I am bored but this lack of school and being so 'liberal' about giving off this years is fishy...
A comment like this is why this blog loses its credibility . A politician recently said that Jews are responsible for the weather .This is the same logic . I just got stuck on the road 4 times in 10 minutes .There,were numerous accidents as the streets,are really not very driveable .The forecast had these conditions happening earlier today so the police told the Lsta to cancel busing . If a bus,would have had an accident and kids got hurt rl ,you would be screaming that the schools,are irresponsible .Some people,are just haters .This comment is,a typical anti semitic attack that Jews are responsible for everything bad includibg the weather .
