Matzav.com reports: Rav Gelbwachs spent his life in the world of chinuch and harbotzas haTorah. For many years, he led Yeshiva Ohr Hatalmud, successfully imparting Torah to numerous talmidim. The yeshiva was located on Park Avenue, two blocks from his home.
Rav Gelbwachs later opened his yeshiva, Yeshiva Noam Hatalmud, where he continued with his trademark derech of imbuing bochurim with cheishek haTorah and strong, unwavering hashkafah.
Rav Gelbwachs leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Miriam Gelbwachs, and their wonderful family
