This false information has spread while in truth Lakewood's $53 million transportation budget for 2024-25 serves about 54,500 students, including over 50,000 at private yeshivas, due to New Jersey laws requiring public districts to bus nonpublic students within 20 miles.
- Confusion has been reported at the Western Wall as mispallelim say they are being prevented from entering despite official guidance from the Israel Police allowing up to 50 people at a time under Israel Home Front Command safety rules.
