A deadly pneumonia-causing bacteria has sickened 46 people in New York City as officials rush to inspect water towers.

- Assemblyman Alex Sauickie is urging the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to hold a public reliability hearing after more than 200,000 customers lost power over the July 4 weekend, with many left without electricity for days during extreme heat. - Six NJ Medical Professionals Charged in $20 Million Medicare, Medicaid Fraud Scheme

Six New Jersey medical professionals and office staff have been federally charged for allegedly defrauding Medicare and Medicaid of more than $20 million through illegal kickbacks and medically unnecessary prescriptions. According to U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer, the scheme operated from October 2022 through November 2025. Five defendants have pleaded guilty, while one has pleaded not guilty.

- The Republican National Committee, New Jersey Republican Party, and congressional candidate Michael McGuire have sued New Jersey over a law allowing some U.S. citizens who have never lived in the state to vote in federal elections through a qualifying relative.

The lawsuit argues the law violates the New Jersey Constitution's 30-day residency requirement for voters.

THE SAVE AMERICA ACT’S non-passage is CRAZY, and a serious threat to any politician who votes against it! If the Dumocrats, or any RINO (or worse!) working with them, do not allow a positive Vote on SAVE AMERICA, TERMINATE THE FILIBUSTER, and pass this, and every other Bill that true Republicans have ever dreamt of (In addition to the upcoming Budget BOMB and the 1929 catastrophic style DEBT CEILING BILL!). The Dumocrats will TERMINATE THE FILIBUSTER, if and when they ever get the chance to do so, in their very first hour - And I will no longer be able to call them Dumocrats again! - 2 World Trade Center has officially broken ground in New York City, 25 years after 9/11, with the skyscraper expected to be completed in 2031.
