They prioritize the main roadways with multiple plowings - which dont need to much help due to the cars traversing those roads the snow melts without any intervention. Apparently, they give out streets to contractors with no oversight - It would be nice if there was some accountability with these contactors and if their allocated streets do not need plowing they should let the officials know and be moved to streets that need help - instead they drive around plowing their same allocated street multiple times.
