ReplyDeleteCan someone please explain how this deal makes sense? How do they plan on making money??
Who owns SNF?
DeleteChunie Hertzka is buying it
DeleteRosenberg (who owns BPCenter and about 15 other nursing homes), also owns ElAl. Off hand, I'd say he needs the money, but ElAl is going to make BIG profits this year.
DeleteBut $160 profit on $19 investment is a great return.
Yes, who is SNF?
It was renovated from A-Z
DeleteThe whole Medina is open for business besides the Kosel.
ReplyDeleteProblem with challot is not this week.
ReplyDeleteIt's two weeks for now when bakers have only twelve hours to stock our stores.
(But now with commercial ovens inside all of our supermarkets, plus our bakeries, shouldn't be a problem.)
My mother always claims the challot and cakes are not fully baked, but that hasn't been a problem the past few years when last day of Pesach was Thursday.
Maybe much brachah will come to the Yidden In EY by staying away from the Zionist kosel
