Any yeshiva bachur who was not immunized will not be allowed into my home to collect this Purim. Anyone trying to enter my home will have to provide their full immunization record to the security at the door.
Anyone who is not immunized and would like to enter can go to a special booth set up in the parking lot where two doctors (not I, even though I am a doctor) will be available to give anyone any shot they are missing. But please remember – only 1 shot per bachur.
Purim is a day we remember how we were all saved from the evil decree of Haman. I think it is very obvious that Haman would be very happy with Jews who don’t vaccinate because it can cause all sorts of terrible illness and even death which is what Haman wanted. Therefore, on Purim more than any other day we should be sure to get vaccinated.
