TBL on Twitter - On Friday Judge Ford ruled to allow the April 2018 ruling to stand leaving the status quo which allows Eagle Ridge to stay alive. Incredibly - her reasoning was based on the fact that the Township committee (by way of their lawyer) ..already responded to this lawsuit in 2018 and they represented all of Lakewood What Judge Ford doesn't realize is that the Mayor and at least 2 other Township Committee members admitted in 2019 that they never knew about the lawsuit.
