Nice headline. Schools don't decide on anything . They are told. It used to be the school district telling them . Niw its the Lsta telling them .The lsta geys direction from the police . Botyom line is that schools have no say in this and,are just as unhappy as the parents . Their only choice is to force parents to pickup their kids at regular time and that's also not an option in bad weather and with short notice .
