Musical chairs.
Satmar Mosdos in Lakewood purchased the building of Shiras Chaim school building on Pine street for their boys school. The building will be named Binyan Forhand in tribute to its benefactor. The Satmar mosad is under the leadership of Rav Zalman Leib Teitelbaum shlita. Shiras Chaim girls elementary moved to the former Ohr Elchonon school campus on Cross street which closed, those parents transferred to yeshiva Ohr Avrohom Chaim. In other school news Talmud Torah of Lakewood has moved to former location of Ateres ziporah girls school that was closed down.
From now on, as in boro park, any mossad putting up a new building should consult with Satmar how they want it designed for their eventual purchase.

Kol hakavod to Satmar! They understand that they have to provide services to their kehilla and cannot expect the host town to accomodate their needs. Their priorities are ranked responsibly. Continued hatzlocha and bracha.
