If you live less than 2 miles but kids have to cross a dangerous street with no sidewalks does that qualify for mandated busing or it's courtesy and you have to pay.
ReplyDeleteHow about 1.9 miles where my neighbor gets bussing the literally lives a few houses down but I don't.
ReplyDeleteMind you my kid is 6 and I wouldn't let him walk 1 mile by himself either. The whole busing thing is ridiculous. There has got to be a better solution.

ReplyDeleteThe whole routing system is pathetic. My neighbor (literally next door) has one stop outside my house and my sons sto is a block away! Go figure!
ReplyDeleteAnd my son has to be at Central Ave at 7AM its 1/4 mile from my house. Yes hes an 8th grader but its still early and very quiet around here. And remember these kids dont have cellphones!!!
