    Did they in Lakewood delete "may'Rosh Chodesh ahd Hah'Tah'ahnis Me'mah'ahtim b'masa Umatan" from the Shulchon oruch - 551 - 2 ?????
    Maybe you'll find some 'heter' in the M"B - 11 but does one have to advertise and take pride in this "marbim b'masa Umatan" ads ?????+
    It almost as bad as the "kosher/money making" video entertainment/social gatherings offered throughout the world on Tishah B'av itself.....

      no shaychus, your looking to make a tumul when there is none. try to be dan lkef zechus in the 9 days instead of spreading your ignorance. The stores are not advertising extravagance or marbim bnasaumatan. Lakewood is a city of many people. Not everyone has a wife who cooks for them a nightly supper, not every lady is up to cooking and putting up meals. There are husbands whose family are in the country, people rely on the takeout stores to buy food. There are thousands of bochurim who go hungry even after they eat the meals in yeshiva. do you get it yet?
      The stores are letting people know what they are offering and hat they have food available.
