ReplyDeleteYou are 100% right. Reb Chaim is a great Tzaddik however the people around him are corrupted to the core. It's embarrassing for Reb Chaim. You can maybe believe a letter from Reb Chaim if he wrote and signed the whole thing. Even a 30 second video clip is not enough because you don't know what they told him before that. Reb Elya Ber told the Bnay Braq askanim a few years ago that he will listen to everything Reb Chaim says on condition that he is granted a private meeting between himself & Reb Chaim. Needless to say they turned down the offer. Reb Chaim is being totally manipulated for money & power.
The only place that publicize things in the name of reb Chaim is on the Internet specifically the israeli websites that you can't trust a single word written there.

someone earlier insinuated that in eretz yisroel there is more outrage regarding this. However it seems that although that may be true regarding certain sectors. The Mainstream opinion seems to be silent about this alleged issue.

This "gezeira" is against the "chilonim". Why are the Peleg people screaming about it? It makes no sense. The "chilonim"are the ones who should be complaining.
