  3. So will they stop coming to Lakewood driving prices thru the roof?

  4. The vaad is not welcome here in Linden. We already have an appointed linden vaad out together by the Rebbe. We don't need the corrupt Lakewood vaad to get in our business

  5. There are Open Orthodox Jews there now who drove away the Yeshiva that had been there for years. Hopefully the Chassidim will teach them a thing or two.

    1. chasidus is the original modern orthodoxy. and their worldview is based on everyone is a tzadik no matter what he does or how he acts. the two should get along nicely.

    3. The beauty was that the non-jewish neighbors came out in support.

The Yeshiva had an amazing relationship with the neighbors, and they're hoping for more of the same.

  7. Watch the chasidim win over the open orthodox community with their warmth. It will be a beautiful site.

  8. 1) We ought to Stop dubbing them Open Orthodox, it gives them backhand legitimacy.
    Call them Reformodox
They are to the left or lower of some Older Conservatives.

    2)

If the Chassidim moving in will have a positive influence ,without being influenced somehow at all themselves
    It would be tremendous
