- Trump: “When President Trump endorsed Bibi Netanyahu, the whole tide turned, and now, rather than a decisive defeat for a Great Prime Minister, it looks like a big come-from-behind stalemate, or even a WIN for Netanyahu. It all took place AFTER the Endorsement by President Trump, who only wants what is good for the Middle East, Israel, and the United States of America!”

- The Wall Street Journal reports that the U.S. has warned Gulf allies to prepare for a possible short, intense military campaign against Iran after the midterms. Trump reportedly has not made a final decision, but preparations are underway.

While acknowledging modern anxieties regarding growth, Genovese argues that current critics often overlook how older generations viewed their own arrivals decades prior as disruptive to a rural lifestyle.

It a left wing government comes in you'll see major economic sanctions, arresting and drafting
You might chas sholom see the destruction of the Chareidi community as we know it due to many not withstanding the pressure and others leaving the country
If this comes to be, those who didn't vote and ignored the call of the gedolim and instead listened to the נביאי שקר of Tzibbur Hachareidi or Satmar or were just apathetic עתידין ליתן את הדין

  3. Frankly, I detest people who treat israel are some third world country occupied by primitive aku"m. You should care about the voting in Israel because many of the benefits that the frum community has enjoyed, are really hanging in the balance! And remember, the goldene galus you are living in now is quickly and dangerously slipping away. Maybe you will want to escape soon and go to EY. they even welcome people who openly hate them.

  4. Time will tell if there is really a significant increase in voter turnout.
Weather prediction was that it'll start raining in the afternoon in central Israel, (which takkeh happened.)
Likely people just voted earlier because of that.
Although it's undeniable that from draft issues and post oct 7th, there is done much at stake that Israelis want a say in.
And it's been a long time since last elections, which always brings in more voters

  5. I could care less who wins the prime minister seat as long as the Olam Hatorah is not targeted and arrested for the crime of learning Torah, all I want to see is our bochurim and yungleit learning in peace, I dont care about hilltop shmiltop youth or the Golan in these hands or those hands. its a busha to our gedolim who are in theri 90s having to travel to the US or 3rd world Brazil to get $ that the Zionists have cut .

Money is not a bad thing, collecting for Yeshivos is not a bad thing, and helping thousands of people to learn is a zechus.
There is nothing wrong with Reb Dov etc travelling to the US for Torah. Just like he is supposed to learn, he is supposed to support others' learning.
