- Iran FM Araghchi:“If there is any rationality, they will not try a military war against Iran again; they tried it twice and saw the result…”

- Trump:"Obama was a grossly incompetent President! He paid off Iran with Billions, and gave them a road to a Nuclear Weapon.

-A Qatari delegation reportedly arrived in Tehran today as diplomatic efforts intensify to prevent a broader military confrontation in the region. According to the Qatari newspaper Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, Iran has clearly communicated its demands and positions to mediators involved in efforts to defuse tensions. The visit comes amid heightened tensions between Iran, the United States, and Israel

- Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf: “The Americans believe that through a few media pressure levers or military threats, they can subdue this great nation.” “We are not intimidated, and we are ready to provide a response that goes beyond anything they can imagine for any violation of the territorial integrity of Greater Iran. Therefore, a threat of a large-scale war or assassination is not something that will cause the Iranian nation to give up its rights and interests.

- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian accused Washington of derailing efforts to secure an interim agreement, while urging another push to finalize a deal. “We negotiated, but [the Americans] ruined everything. I still believe we should try to complete the agreement,” he said

- Mossad chief David Barnea says Iran is executing “Israeli spies” who have no connection to Mossad. “Who are they?” Barnea asked. “We don’t know either.”He says 99.9% of Mossad agents remain undetected, with operatives involved in Israel’s campaign still living freely in Tehran, “knowing in their hearts that they served a noble purpose.”

-The IDF says two terrorists involved in transferring millions of shekels from Iran and Turkey to Hamas’s military wing were killed in Gaza last week. One was a Hamas cell commander. The other was a Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist.

- US intel warns Iran stepping up plots to kill American diplomats. An October 23 intelligence memo says Iran has "substantially increased" efforts to assassinate US diplomats and officials in the Middle East and beyond, with some plots at "advanced stages," Axios reports. The State Department has cut diplomatic staff in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Lebanon, Qatar and Jordan.

- Iran Claims Interception of US Drone: Iran’s Tasnim news agency reported that the Iranian military intercepted a US LUCAS drone over Bandar Abbas.

- Drone Strike Reported in Southern Lebanon: Lebanese reports said a drone strike targeted the village of Tibnine in southern Lebanon

-A massive US military buildup underway around Iran, Oct 24:

 • US warships in the Arabian Sea being restocked with long-range missiles and bunker-buster bombs

• 2 US carrier strike groups already operating in the Arabian Sea

• 3rd carrier strike group heading toward the Middle East

• Additional amphibious assault group with 2,000+ Marines also en route

• Around 9,000-10,000 additional US sailors and Marines being deployed

• Around 190-195 US aerial-refueling tankers tracked across Europe and CENTCOM as of Oct. 21

• US and Israeli aircraft reportedly rehearsing strike maneuvers over Iraq

• US extending regional military deployments and sending additional equipment
