Resolutions
Appeal # 4045A – Simon Klein,
Woah! I'm really loving the template/theme of this site.
ReplyDeleteIt's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's challenging to get
that "perfect balance" between superb usability and visual appeal.
I must say you have done a amazing job with this.
Also, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Internet explorer.
Superb Blog!
So many ridiculous projects being proposed. Shuls without parking. Apartments without parking or sidewalks. What's with these guys? Enough already.
ReplyDeleteZoning by variance is actually illegal according to NJ Land Use Law
DeleteWhat's the penalty for repeatedly pushing off hearings because neighbors come to oppose?
ReplyDeletethis application on corner of Martin Luther and one should be shot down. Dont care if its a shul . The corner is a disaster as is, even with light and turning lane and there plenty of shuls in the area . I understand there is an oilem there but they should build in place of the trailers and only if they have enough parking . To add duplexes and office space and a Bais din( which currently has ample space by the bank complex) and a simcha hall to that corner is just crazy
ReplyDeleteThe BD previously gave a Ikul to a shul stopping it from being built without reaching out to them by only listening to 1 side and they stopped the construction, Now the BD seeks approval over the objections of neighbors. Its all about power and Kesef.
ReplyDeleteAvreichim shuhl was stopped by ikul from the Bais Din, isn't it a kitrug now?
ReplyDeleteperhaps a tikkun would be to make sure other shuls are built and not help stop them because a deep pocketed well connected askan asked to do so
Spruce street application will continue to be heard
