1.2 Million Raised for Special Children's Center
The Center Run Fundraiser took place yesterday in Lakewood with 300 Runners who raised over 1.2 Million dollars for the special children's center. The "Center Run", a 3.5 mile run through the heart of Lakewood, has become an annual fundraiser event as runners and teams get sponsored, making life possible for Children with special needs and their families. The Center is currently undergoing a building expansion campaign.

Hey just a thought was I the only one that thought it's a bit weird that 300 ppl jog threw our town in shorts or worse while everyone sees them ?? Can't it be done somewhere else ??? And the mega mixed party afterwords ??? Are these things just bothering me and think it's odd or does anyone else think a like ????
