Howell Planning Board Approves Affordable Housing Project

Howell planning Board unanimously approved a affordable housing complex at southeast corner of the intersection of Fort Plains and West Farms roads  off Rt 9. Its a 72-unit affordable housing apartment complex of nine two-story apartment buildings, a community center and a maintenance building. The $21 million complex planned by the Walters Group would be 100 percent affordable housing. Read more at Howell Patch

  2. Meanwhile in WG you can't build a shul and kids are waiting by the window for their father to come home from shul to daven with them and people are forced to daven in inhumane conditions like in cattle cars all because of kavod.

  3. I don't live in Westgate. But, for all the evil that you make Westgate out to be, please move out. For your emotional health, you shouldn't aggravate yourself too much. I personally do not like the cramped style of housing. I think it's dangerous. If it's true that kids can't get into shuls then it may pay to leave for the chinuch habanim aspect as well.

    1. I don't live there either I moved out a while back but it's still terrible that there is no adequate souls and those who want to build are stopped.
