setback on where 25 feet is required.

approve an addition to an existing house with lot coverage of 45% where 35% is required.
Appeal # 4092 – Electric Guard Dog, LLC, Block 1077 Lot 46, HD-7 zone. Resolution to
approve the installation of a 6 foot -10 foot chain link fence for security.
