As of last night one is halachacily considered to be accustomed to saying ותן ברכה since 30 days have passed since we began saying it and one does not have to repeat שמונה עשרה if they are unsure if it was said (Tidbits by Klal Govoha)
You are accustomed only if you said it for 30 days but if you don’t know if you said it for 30 days than you still aren’t accustomed…
