- FBI Dir Kash Patel: On Tuesday FBI received a tip that an individual out of Lexington, North Carolina was planning a mass casualty event at a Jewish Day School near Houston, Texas.
FBI acted quickly, and working with our outstanding local partners in the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, the subject has been taken into custody.

- A magnitude 1.0 earthquake was detected early this morning near Bedminster, New Jersey according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
No damage was reported from the tremor, which is the fifth one detected in New Jersey so far this year.
-Kosher food is coming to Philadelphia International Airport’s Terminal A-West, as PKS (Prime Kosher Sports) prepares to open a new location there. PKS, the same kosher provider used by the New York Yankees and New York Mets, also operates a sit-down restaurant in Deal, New Jersey. - ICE officers have been active across New Jersey, including in the Lakewood area, over the past few days. On Wednesday, officers were seen stopping a vehicle on Route 18 near the Deal exit, where an arrest was made.

- Trump Administration Loosens Restrictions on Medical Marijuana. The rule moves F.D.A.-approved marijuana and state-regulated marijuana out of the Schedule I category, which includes drugs like heroin. Officials said it would allow for more research and treatment options.
-Mark Cuban revealed that his Cost Plus Drugs company is working with the Trump administration’s TrumpRx program to reduce prescription prices and expand access to affordable medicine and save families money on life changing medications
- Ocean County, New Jersey received an “F” for air quality in a new report from the American Lung Association. The report shows worsening conditions across the state, with New Jersey among seven states seeing more counties experience increases in unhealthy ozone days rather than improvements. At the county level, Bergen Middlesex Mercer and Ocean County all received failing grades for ozone pollution.
- Food pantries in NJ expect surge due to SNAP work rule of 20 hours a week that will go into effect May 1st
- The Blue Angels will perform over New York and New Jersey during the United States Semiquincentennial (July 3–8). On July 4, they’ll lead a large aerial review over the Port of New York and New Jersey as part of the International Parade of Sail.
- Ocean County Commissioner Jennifier Bacchione recently visited The Special Children's Center in Lakewood, to learn more about the organization’s impactful work.

Just politicians ,noisemakers,developers,groupies.Take out the sting,& there will be possibility of a coalition with 'em,This ain't Europe.& stop the mongering & waving "the bloody shirt" to rally us for votes

Skirts that make a racket when you walk have replaced the clickety clack of heels. I'm not sure if this is better or worse.
