  1. Why mention foreign (i.e NYC) politicians in our local politcs?!?!?!

    1. Because NYC is near and dear for most of us.

    2. Not near and dear under Mayor Mandami.

  2. Trump is wrong
The Shutdown is a problem; but eliminating the filibuster will turn the Senate into little better than the other House

  3. the Democrats steal elections with this mail in voting fraud, they will win tomorrow.

    1. So the Democrats can never win, if it's always considered fraud

    2. Correct, because no one in their right mind would vote for them.

    3. 10:58 -- the shutdown can be solved in five minutes. Senator Schumer can solve the shutdown by calling his senators to pass the Trump budget deal, which he won't do.

    4. 12:36 - the shutdown can be solved in five minutes. President Trump can solve the shutdown by calling his senators to pass the funding for Obamacare, which he won't do.

    5. Which he shouldn't.The demoncrats always rely on the media to get the public to push the GOP to cave

    6. I am 12:36 -- Republicans have voted afins Obamacare in the past, without President Trump.

  4. Honestly, it’s off-putting when random guys with some watsapp status act like it’s their job to tell everyone to vote. It feels patronizing like they’re on some higher moral level, reminding the rest of us to be responsible. Voting is a personal right, not something we do because some self-proclaimed askan told us to. Encouraging participation is fine, but talking down to people or acting like we wouldn’t think for ourselves is just insulting.

  7. Does the president tell any other community that they will rue it if not vote the way he says we should?
How condescending and controlling and if the Democrat wins it'll be the Jews fault again

    1. You sound like you hated Trump even before he sent out the tweet.
To those of us who don't hate him, he actually sounds very down to earth; someone who cares about the Orthodox community, who understands our issues, and is warning us that it may very well be so close that it depends on our votes. Why shouldn't he warn us that we will regret not voting for Jack?

      Delete
    2. Actually huge Trump fan since 2015.
Does not negate that the tone is bit condescending. Would he write to the blacks in what ever town that they'll rue it if not vote as he says? and as a Jew I also don't think this much attention to our voter turn out ends up being good for us

      Delete
    3. Trump didn't write the tweet it was composed by askanim and had the Ciattarelli campaign get Trump to send it out

      Delete
    4. Ok so your not negating the point I'm making, just admitting, if what u say about askanim is true, so they're the condescending dumb ones

    5. President Trump rued people in NYC, if they vote for Mayor Mandami.

Yes, they'll blame the Jews for voting for him

  8. How can there be more COVID baby boys than girls?
Odds are clearly 50-50 boys and girls in any given year.

    1. I think they just wrote more babies were born in covid and boys have less slots due to the lack of new boy schools?

    2. Girls generally start school younger. So the girls covid bump was last year.

      Delete
    3. girls do not start school younger - what are you saying? Do you mean some schools have kindergartens?

    4. boys are more likely to be held back

    5. Even Satmar has mixed kindergartens.
Just because Lakewood is messed up, the girls have to suff?

      Delete
    6. The whole idea of covid babies is none sense all together in the frum Lakewood world. I don’t believe that even 98% of these kids were born because their parents were bored, home all day and on lockdown…. It exists in the non Jewish world but I don’t believe thats why there was such a high birth rate and now subsequent kids needing schools for next year.

      Delete
    7. 3:59
They don't.They have Rebbes for the poor little kids

      Delete
    8. The data shows that there was a drop in babies born and than it picked up. Another theory to why there was a sudden uptick as there was a bunch of miscarriages in the beginning of covid possibly pregnant woman getting covid for the first time affected their babies/placenta - so you had all the woman with recent miscarriages plus the standard birthrate all giving birth the same time...

  9. If there are 50,000 adults in Lakewood, and not all of them are registered to vote, then the 20,000 is pretty high.

And most important, where is the Jack Victory Party tomorrow night?). (Don't tell me Clifton Ave.)
