- A letter from Rav Yisroel Yitzchock Kalmanowitz shlita addresses the current gezeiras giyus and the threatened quotas and sanctions. He sharply criticizes certain baalei batim and communal figures who, in his view, have diluted the holy mission of Klal Yisroel through compromises made in the name of “saving the yeshivos” and maintaining financial aid. Instead, he writes, these concessions only invite greater danger and spiritual destruction. Rav Kalmanowitz urges Klal Yisroel to respond with strengthened emunah, renewed dedication to Torah, and a firm stance against outside interference. He calls for distancing the Torah world both in Eretz Yisroel and the United States from financial frameworks that enable governments to impose gezeiros chinuch and threaten the future of the next generation.

  3. Part of the insurance premium hike is due to the high rate of accidents and insurance claims in the area perhaps if we had real police enforcement we would have lower insurance premiums......

    1. It has nothing to do with enforcement it's because of an infrastructure that can't handle the traffic
Township boards vacating streets again and again without any improvements which stops any potential thoroughfare and forces a dangerous driving on dangerous roadways.

  7. I'm not one to lecture, but honestly don't think the obsession with the powerball is a yiddisha zach or healthy for that matter. the odds of winning are basically zero%, you are much better off donating that money to tzedaka, which is a 100% sure thing!

    1. Did some homework….Rabbi Forcheimer rabbi fielder and rabbi katz said Kreitman is the only tester they would trust. So just make sure it’s a Kreitman sticker. It seems the rabbanim all don’t want to speak about the other tester and won’t give them their approvals…..
