  4. Increased earned income tax, while raising taxes on everyone else. Murphy doing his best to turn NJ into CA where only the poor and the wealthy can survive, and the middle class leave

    2. Really a shame that all this effort and investment went into a state that will eventually collapse from it's debt burden. Unlike NY, NJ doesn't have the corporate base to bail out it's socialist programs, and union pensions.

  5. Someone should really bring it to the governor's attention that there is a town in Lakewood where they don't allow building shuls and people are forced to daven in dangerous conditions and their kids have to wait by the window for them to come home from shul.

    1. Why dont you post the planning board denial of a shul in Lakewood and a transcript of the hearing and reasons for denial. We will then forward it on to the governors office .Actually we can forward it on to the Federal government . Byt,we jeed you to give us the full planning board denial and their reasons. We cant sue without that .

    2. Please post a link to the transcripts of the denial of a shul. There are lawyers who will take the case for free .But they need the full written report of the reasons for denial ,before they can sue .

    1. Every planning board session is tape recorded. They have to give reasons for their denial of a shul and you can pay to have the tape recording typed up word for word .I can get you a good lawyer who will sue ,but he has to have the transcript and see their reasons .If its really for kovid and power whatever that means, then he will for sure win the case .

  8. I think it was denied because it was illegal to build there. They had a lawyer then what makes you think this one will be any better? If you can't build there it's case closed, time to find someplace else to build.

    1. We don't know anything as we,are not from there. We just keep reading how there was a shul turned down, so we are saying please give us the transcript and we will give it to a lawyer who specializes in bias cases against shuls and see what he says.
