- Multiple outlets are reporting that Israeli PM Netanyahu is considering a siege plan for northern Gaza. Times of Israel quotes a member of the Israeli military as describing the siege as follows: "We have to tell the residents of north Gaza that they have one week to  evacuate the territory, which then becomes a military zone; [a zone] in which every figure is a target and, most importantly, no supplies enter this territory."

- Report in the British Economist: "Israel is planning a ground invasion of Lebanon, which will include the seizure of a security strip a few kilometers deep North of the border." 

- BREAKING Israeli media is reporting that senior officers in IDF Military Intelligence believe that Sinwar is NO LONGER ALIVE and was killed in an IDF strike. Their assessment is due to a lack of communication from him and other classified “sources”. However, the Shin Bet disagrees with this assessment and believes that while Sinwar may have been INJURED by an IDF strike, he is still alive.
few weeks ago the IDF conducted a specific attack with an indication that Sinwar was there. Since then, he has not been heard from. This is where the debate began between Aman and Shin Bet whether he was struck or not. (Raylan on Twitter)

-Israeli security official: "The Israeli public should be prepared and informed of what is expected of them; very intense days are ahead of us."

- Netanyahu in a closed hearing in the Knesset: According to the information we have, about half of the abductees are alive.

- Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah "Israel's economy will collapse; we will not stop the war."

- Authorities in Lebanon update: the death toll in the IDF  attack in Dahiya Beirut on Friday has risen to 48, there are 13 missing

- President Isaac Herzog: The Hezbollah leaders eliminated on Friday, were meeting to plan another attack like the horrendous terror attack of October 7, this time on the northern border.
 
- More than 150 rockets, drones and missiles fired at Israel Hezbollah says attack an initial response to pager blasts 

- Schools in north canceled for today including Chaifa

-Direct hit at a home in Kiryat Gat, another hit in Krayot,3 lightly injured in kiryat Bialik.

- A 17 year old yeshiva bochur was killed R"L near Miron when thr car crashed as sirens sounded in the early hours of the morning, the driver lost control and crashed into a security barrier. The bochur who was killed was a passenger in the back seat.

- A Hezbollah source tells the Al-Monitor news site that the senior Hezbollah leaders killed in an IDF strike on Friday were meeting to discuss plans to infiltrate Israel in an October 7-style attack in response to the pager explosions.
The members of the elite Rawan force were studying “plans for a ground invasion at the heart of the occupied territories,” 

- Hospitals in north ordered to move patients to fortified areas amid rocket fire
Haifa’s Rambam will shift activities to underground parking lot, while other medical facilities move treatments to protected areas, scrap elective procedures

- Air defenses intercepted two cruise missiles and two drones fired from Iraq, none of which hit Israeli territory, the military reported Sunday.

- Netanyahu: ‘We hit Hezbollah with a string of strikes that it didn’t imagine’ “If Hezbollah didn’t get the message, I promise you, it will get the message. “We are determined to return our  residents safely to their homes. No country can tolerate rocket fire at its residents,  at its cities,” thThe State of Israel cannot tolerate it either.

- MK Gideon Sa’ar passes up on Defende minister portfolio  as he announced  that PM Netanyahu offered him the role of defense minister in order to bring his party into the coalition, but he could not accept the position amid the significant escalation of fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.

  1. Wasn't killing sin war the goal of the war?but the war continues,why?because it doesn't change anything...who would've thunk........

  2. This is the first time I'm seeing that Sinwar was the sole goal of the war. Say he would have died of a stroke on October 8th do you think there would have been no war?
