Masa U'Matan Lakewood Rental List of Wednesday, March 22, 2017 HERE 14 pages!
Another very annoying consequence of this of this is that a few of my neighbors rented out their basements to businesses that really don't belong in basements and make the severe parking shortage in my complex even worse.
Be thankful the guy doesn't have a shul there. According to the planning board, anyone can have a shul anywhere and you're an antisemite if you oppose it.
Looking at the ads you can't say that all the overbuilding doesn't benefit the yungerleit in Yeshiva. Basement prices are now almost as low as they were when I got married twenty years ago.

True? Basements are easy to rent out when their brand new after that it seems like it gets harder. You cant rely on ur basement being rented out for 30 years.
why cant this guy make list in alphabetical order or something or do first all apartments then townhouses then duplexes etc . Its one big cholent and all mixed up like the rest of this town
It seems to have stabilized at 17 pages.
