 Israel at war day 657

- Macron: France will recognize a Palestinian state, at the UN General Assembly in September

- Steve Witkoff: We decided to bring our team back from Doha for consultations following Hams’s latest response, which clearly indicates its UNWILLINGNESS to reach a ceasefire in Gaza. Although the mediation efforts were significant, it seems that Hams is NOT acting in good faith. We will now consider ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS to bring the hostages home and create a more stable environment for the residents of Gaza.

- Israel Prime Minister's Office: In light of the response Hamas gave this morning, it was decided to return the negotiation team for further consultations in Israel. We appreciate the efforts of the mediators from Qatar and Egypt, as well as the efforts of the envoy Witkoff, to bring about a breakthrough in the talks.

- Israel Hayom: IDF prepares to expand maneuvers in Gaza in light of Hams' problematic response

- A car-ramming attack near Kfar Yona (Center of Israel). 8 injured from a vehicle ramming, including two moderate and five light injuries.
Eight soldiers were injured in a car-ramming attack near Netanya in central Israel on Thursday, with police launching a manhunt for the driver who fled the scene and then abandoned the vehicle. Two of the victims, a man and a woman aged 20 and 18 respectively, suffered moderate injuries. Three others were in light-to-moderate condition, and three were lightly injured, the Magen David Adom emergency service said. The incident happened on Route 57 near the entrance to Kfar Yona.

- PA Chairman Abbas: I call on Israel to immediately withdraw from the Gaza Strip and allow the State of Palestine to assume responsibility for the Strip.

- Two senior Israeli officials: Contrary to the optimistic atmosphere, there is NO progress; in fact, the situation is one of hardening positions by Hams in most areas of the negotiations, from withdrawal lines through the number of hostages to the elimination of American aid.

In other words, we got a lot of good and great things done, including ending numerous wars of Countries not related to us other than through Trade and/or, in certain cases, friendship. Six months is not a long time to have totally revived a major Country. “One year ago our Country was DEAD, with almost no hope of revival. - Trump: The Washington “Whatever’s” should IMMEDIATELY change their name back to the Washington Redskins Football Team. There is a big clamoring for this. Their heritage and prestige is systematically being taken away from them. Times are different now than they were three or four years ago. We are a Country of passion and common sense. - Trump: “We had, in President Obama and his leadership team, people who did not want to accept the will of the American people in electing Donald Trump in 2016 — and therefore cooked up this treasonous conspiracy to…effectively launch a years-long coup against the sitting President of the United States.”

Trump: We have just filed a POWERHOUSE Lawsuit against everyone involved in publishing the false, malicious, defamatory, FAKE NEWS “article” in the useless “rag” that is, The Wall Street Journal. This historic legal action is being brought against the so-called authors of this defamation, the now fully disgraced WSJ, as well as its corporate owners and affiliates, with Rupert Murdoch and Robert Thomson (whatever his role is!) at the top of the list. We have proudly held to account ABC and George Slopadopoulos, CBS and 60 Minutes, The Fake Pulitzer Prizes, and many others who deal in, and push, disgusting LIES, and even FRAUD, to the American People. This lawsuit is filed not only on behalf of your favorite President, ME, but also in order to continue standing up for ALL Americans who will no longer tolerate the abusive wrongdoings of the Fake News Media. I hope Rupert and his “friends” are looking forward to the many hours of depositions and testimonies they will have to provide in this case. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

A newly de-classified presidential briefing from Dec. 8, 2016 proved Obama knew it was a hoax, but pressed forward with it anyway. The brief read: “We assess that Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure.”The Obama admin then leaked FALSE, politicized “intelligence” reports to the media in order to create the Russia hoax, which would drag on for YEARS.

- Many New Jersey residents are dealing with a tiny pest invading homes and yards. Springtails are small insects that thrive in damp places and have become more noticeable this year. These bugs prefer moist areas like basements, bathrooms, crawl spaces, and garden beds with mulch. They feed on decaying leaves, soil, and wood. Although they are hard to see at first, their numbers can quickly grow and become overwhelming. Springtails can jump far enough to be mistaken for fleas, which adds to the confusion. While they do not bite or carry diseases, they can damage plants by feeding on the soil.

Clickbait Crisis: Manufactured Outrage

 Clickbait alert... click bate alert.....

The so-called “clickbait” letters published lately are spiraling out of control getting worse by the week. Many don’t even reflect reality, instead inventing issues designed to pull at the heartstrings and create outrage. Often, they play the victim card around communal matters that have nothing to do with the letter writer, all in an attempt to gain attention or push a particular tznius-related or other agenda.

What’s most troubling is that many of these topics, particularly those related to tznius, are ones that should be addressed discreetly in private settings with women, not published publicly for men to read under the guise of “concern” or “pain” from a supposedly “disturbed” individual. These anonymous or fake letters often appear in columns like “Inbox,” “Mailbag,” or “Letters to the Editor.” or even editorials.

A Few Examples:

Thursday July 17 News Uodates Lakewood

weather: 95° . A stray shower or thunderstorm is possible. There is a marginal risk of severe weather today. .Heat index values up to 104 degrees expected.
A heat advisory has been issued for all of New Jersey on Thursday, with temperatures expected to reach the low to mid 90s and heat indexes potentially climbing to 100 to 105 degrees. NWS Severe Thunderstorm Warning including Lakewood NJ, Point Pleasant NJ until 8:00 PM

-Trump: Based on the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval. This SCAM, perpetuated by the Democrats, should end, right now!

Trump: The Wall Street Journal printed a FAKE letter, supposedly to Epstein. These are not my words, not the way I talk. Also, I don’t draw pictures. I told Rupert Murdoch it was a Scam, that he shouldn’t print this Fake Story. But he did, and now I’m going to sue ..., and that of his third rate newspaper. Thank you for your attention to this matter! DJT

WH Spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt:  The Wall Street Journal published a hatchet job article with a FAKE “birthday letter” that is supposedly from 2003. This is like the Steele Dossier that kickstarted “the Russia, Russia, Russia” Hoax all over again.
The WSJ refused to show us the letter and conceded they don’t even have it in their possession when we asked them to verify the alleged document they’re basing their ENTIRE fake story on. When has President Trump ever spoken like the conversation alleged in the fake WSJ story? That’s not at all how he speaks or writes. The WSJ knowingly published false information to smear the President of the United States. As I said at the podium today, there is a coordinated Hoax by the Democrats and Fake News to smear President Trump — as we’ve seen throughout both of his terms.

- Boys elementary schools finish the year today  day camps starting next week mid week

- United Torah Judaism’s Degel Hatorah faction slams Shas, accusing it of engaging in “odious maneuvers.” Shas chairman Aryeh Deri “coordinated a joint withdrawal [from the government] and in the end, he secured a place for himself in the cabinet, in committees, and in coalition partnerships,” the source charges. despite sharing his resignation letter publicly, Religious Services Minister Michael Malkieli (Shas) has not yet submitted it to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to multiple Hebrew media reports.

-US Ambassador Mike Huckabee has written a scathing letter to Interior Minister Moshe Arbel, blasting his office for not granting visas to Christian groups trying to visit Israel, Channel 12 reports. -A 23-year-old frum bachur from Bnei Brak, currently living in Flatbush, was recently arrested by ICE agents. He had been working in local restaurants when agents came to his residence last week specifically looking for him. He was detained under very difficult conditions, without access to kosher food, and was transferred between several detention centers. Mr. Josh Mehlman of the Flatbush Jewish Community Coalition (FJCC) spoke with Kol Mevaser about the intense efforts askanim made to expedite his immigration hearings. Since he was considered a foreign national, he had very limited rights. Ultimately, a resolution was reached with ICE, and askanim arranged for an EL AL flight to return him to Eretz Yisrael, which they also sponsored. He remained in handcuffs until he boarded the plane. This case highlights the serious risks facing individuals with foreign passports who overstay their visas. Immigration enforcement has become more aggressive, and people must be aware of the potential consequences. Rabbonim have advised that this story be publicized to raise awareness. Community leaders strongly urge anyone in a similar situation to consult with qualified immigration attorneys for proper guidance.

-Trump: Americans know we need a better Healthcare System to properly serve our Great Communities that were abandoned by the Radical Left Democrats. That is why Republicans included $50 Billion Dollars in the “ONE BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL” — to strengthen our most vulnerable Hospitals, including those in Rural areas. 53% believe New Jersey is on the wrong track

- Agudah chairman's take...  real burnout claims many victims each year, talented, accomplished individuals who simply lose their enthusiasm for what they are doing.
Is there a solution?
The best example of something that is repeated, day in and day out, is the korban that carries that name- Tamid, constantly, every morning and evening...
In the world of askanus, it is especially challenging, because along with being an exhausting journey, there is much failure along the way, the sort of disappointment that can break a weaker person. Baruch Hashem, our staffers are not weak, and they are motivated, day after day, by their responsibility to the Torah of Har Sinai and to parents who aim to transmit that Torah to their children. And even when there is a victory- which we enjoyed this month- the risk is there. That is why these words are being written at the end of a long day in Washington DC, a trip of hoda'ah and appreciation: we went, as a group, to acknowledge the politicians who helped us along the way, but also, to remind ourselves not to take the chasdei Hashem for granted.
