The largest producer of man made CO2 produced in our region is our own Cogeneration plant in the Center of Lakewood. A serious study needs to be done to see what the effects are on the people and especially children of our town. Perhaps the 500 thousand dollars and a free minivan were not worth all the problems it is causing.
