Cops are ticketing cars parked too close to the corners in the area of 5th st and 4th st between Private way and Forest. Those going to be menachem avel should park 25 feet off the corner or park at the yeshiva lots and walk. In addition 5th street is closed eastbound coming from Private way to Forest Avenue.
