  1. There is definitely terrible hatred against the Haredi Jews; the question is whether we are responsible due to our refusal to join the IDF

    1. There's no question about that at all. We are not responsible to join that sort of institution which is all about forgoing religious devotion.

    2. Chazal teach us that there is a concept called "eivah."

We can cause, and therefore we are responsible for, some of the antisemitism that we suffer from. That is Chazal's view.

The Melamed L'hoiel says that failure to serve in the German Army is required (even though the German army required all soldiers to do tasks that amounted to chilul shabbos). He explained that it is a CHILUL HASHEM to do otherwise.

The same applies to the IDF. If you don't want to serve, leave the country.

    3. you are not responsible to join, but the country has the right to imprison and or expel people who refuse to be drafted.
and does not have to subsidize government programs like child care, elective surgery, housing, etc

and dont go around saying the government is discrimating against you. you are discriminating by refusing to serve.

Same with the arabs. remember, Rav Meir Kahana hy"d was discriminated against for calling for arabs to be expelled.

    4. Better yet: just dismantle this country.
The British mandate would have been very fair. By contrast.
They started to the detest the Yishuv because of the settlers' communist and militant propaganda.

    5. The British started by imprisoning (and assassinating Etzel-nikim.
If you don't know what Etzel meant in those days, consult Rav Aryeh Levin's z"l sefer. He was their Rav.

    6. Besides the melamed leHoil, the Chofetz Chaim wrote a sefer at beginning of WWI on how to serve in an army. Used by US army soldiers in WWI and WWII and chaplains worldwide even today.

    7. 7:58,
They only assassinated SternGang members, who by the way were astonishingly trying to make a deal with the fascists. [And possibly the more decent Raizel]
Then later exiling the ones were being handed over! by the Haganah

      Obsfucation.Typical.

R DZ Hoffman was always controversial. Have you ever opened anything from him before?

Second, non-jewish countries have a rule of Dina d'malchusa which likely does not apply to state of Israel.
Third, my ancestors fought in the German army.Including my great grandmother's brother who was killed on the Western front.
And of course some have fought in the American army. Just as there are a few yekkes who serve in reserves in the Swiss army.
You do your duty as citizen, but they're not going to take over your life and your destiny as Jew.
THAT doesn't apply therefore with Israel.
Now what about your family? What's their record before you try being a propagandist?

    9. The British were rishayim who allowed the hevron pogrom to happen in eye site. Then had rachmanus on most of the murders and made hevron judenrein

    10. The Chevron massacre was a tragedy.
      Nonetheless you're spewing reprocessed propaganda.
It was traumatizing because of how special the victims were. Ironically though played up by Zionism they try to downplay that aspect.

Let's put it into a larger perspective.
Over 150,000 Jews were just killed ending in the beginning of the decade in Eastern Europe.
Hundreds were being killed every year for colonial issues and unrest from Algeria, Morocco, and among Arabs in the Middle East.
How many accident victims have there been in the Israel?
Yet somehow the 67 victims of the massacre are the only things that count to sovereignty!
If that's all there is the Mandate record is pretty good. Can't you guys come up with something else for a change?

    12. Nice cholent. What would you wish to inform us about?
To this day it is unclear who murdered him. Most probably arabs.Though there had been some connection with Goebbel's wife.
Back to the present Mapai's descendants are reaping benefits of that Revisionist character assasination, even now still.
