- Mikie Sherrill, Dem candidate for New Jersey governor, is focusing her campaign on affordability, addressing issues like housing costs and high energy bills.
As governor, I’ll build more housing so our kids can afford to move back here as young adults and our seniors can retire in the communities they love. I’ll start by working with local governments to convert old, underutilized commercial spaces into homes. I’ll streamline the state’s permitting process to unlock economic growth and address our supply shortage faster. I’ll work with towns to build a range of housing options like workforce housing and missing middle housing — and expand assistance for first-time homebuyers. And I’ll crack down on negligent landlords and predatory investors who try to rip off families and don’t take care of their buildings.

- Trump: Oil prices are down, interest rates are down (the slow moving Fed should cut rates!), food prices are down, there is NO INFLATION, and the long time abused USA is bringing in Billions of Dollars a week from the abusing countries on Tariffs that are already in place. This is despite the fact that the biggest abuser of them all, China, whose markets are crashing, just raised its Tariffs by 34%, on top of its long term ridiculously high Tariffs (Plus!), not acknowledging my warning for abusing countries not to retaliate. They’ve made enough, for decades, taking advantage of the Good OL’ USA! Our past “leaders” are to blame for allowing this, and so much else, to happen to our Country. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN

- LinkedIn follow up post after the viral post about BMG graduates becoming millionaires  from CEO Naftalai Berezin:

Not everyone becomes a millionaire after yeshiva.
In fact, most don’t.
Most leave kollel and walk straight into a world that feels foreign.
A world where the rules are different, the pressure is constant, and nothing comes easy.
They work long hours for hard bosses.
They balance demanding jobs with growing families.
They’re up early for minyan, racing through traffic, juggling meetings, bills, bedtime, and Daf Yomi.
And they’re not doing it for applause — because there usually isn’t any.
There’s no plaque, no public recognition.
Just quiet perseverance. A daily grind that takes everything they’ve got.
And on top of it all — they carry the pressure of frum life:
Yeshiva tuition, Yom Tov, expectations, and a constant feeling that you have to keep up.
They do the utmost hishtadlus — pushing themselves to the limit — and many still get paid far less than what their effort is truly worth.
It’s a heavy load. And not everyone talks about it. But we should.
Because these are the real warriors.
The ones who keep showing up, even when no one thanks them.
Who stay committed to their values, even when the system doesn’t make it easy.
They pray with deep trust in Hashem, believing that their every action is supported by His boundless care and direction, knowing that He desires only the best for them.
They don’t make headlines.
But they deserve our deepest respect.
May Hashem give strength, parnassah, and peace of mind to every yid doing their best — quietly, faithfully, and with heart

  1. "LDC meeting today to approve $3 million dollars for the purchase of 5 busses"

  2. To Miki Sherill: to incentivize people to live in NJ, get rid of Mt Laurel housing and Abbott districts.
Getting local governments to build residential on industrial areas only cuts the tax base and high potential for corruption or improper influence by politically connected.

  5. If someone could vote for Eretz Hakodesh and get the code for the Bardak video and give it out to the public you'll be doing a great mitzva by stopping orhers from voting.
Every vote topped will be a kiddush Hashem in their own words this is what they said about the reform

    1. Why exactly do you believe it's ok to steal the bardak clip

    2. Yes it's a mitzva to do so by preventing other yiddin from signing up to Avoda Zora as Rav Dov Landau called Eretz Hakodesh joining WZO.
This is the same logic EH uses to join to prevent the reform

  7. This Judge Boasburg was involved in the Russian plot against President Trump 7-8-9 years ago.
Not only hasn't he retracted his accusations, he hasn't even withdrawn the court papers.
(Yes, judges don't withdraw their mistakes, but they have a conflict in ruling on later matters involving same party.)
