Dem Congressman in Lakewood

Democrat congressman Andy Kim of the 3rd district that includes Burlington county and parts of ocean county including Toms River, was in Lakewood today for a private meeting in BMG discussing anti semitisim. The community at large was not invited to attend. Rep Kim was voted into office in 2018 and is up for reelection in 2020.

He tweeted " Was great to hear from leaders in our community and discuss ways to work together to stop the rising tide of anti-Semitism".

 He sponsored some bills against president Donald Trump see his voting record here.

    He voted to impeach President Trump. Congressman Kim cares more about his party than the country. He has done nothing for his district except play along with the Democrats.
    He will not get re-elected in his district.

    Who appointed these self serving askonim to represent the community?
    In what capacity do they have reshus speak on behalf of the klal.

    Most of Lakewood voted for Trump and they sit with a guy who voted to impeach.

      Since when is voting to impeach Trump one of the 13 Ikarim?
      Why can’t there be differences of opinion on some matters and points of agreements on others?
      You think the Rabbonim that met with the Czars emissaries agreed with them on anything outside of klal issues?
      You’re part of the symptom of this new wave of feeling that somehow America is not really golus and we can pick and choose those leaders that we agree with 100%

      This meeting is nothing to do with klal issues its all about developers looking to bully their way into other communities by waving the anti semitism card.

      It was the same leadership that decided not to meet with then candidate Chris Christie because they wanted something from Corzine the result was a nekama on innocent youngeleit who paid a heavy price

      and when the arrests happened the vaad was silent and stood by while frum jews were paraded in the streets

    How ironic that some of those in the meeting have a big part in bringing the hisgarus and stoking fear into neighboring communities which is causing anti semitism
