B"H the latest forecast has the rain developing tonight after midnight between 12am - 1am. However once the rain begins it will be a washout mostly thru both days of Yom Tov. There's a small chance of clearing after 2pm on Shabbos and again for the 2nd night after 8pm.

Motzei Shabbos 2nd night: Cloudy and windy at times with periods of rain. Low near 55F. Winds N at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall near an inch. Coastal flooding possible at high tide.
Second day Yom Tov Sunday: Windy with rain likely. High 63F. Winds NNE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of rain 100%. Rainfall possibly over one inch.
Sunday Night Motzei YT: Rain likely. Low 58F. Winds NNE at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall around a half an inch
The main elements of the coastal storm won’t reach New Jersey until Friday night or Saturday, so many areas of the state will see partly sunny skies during the day on Friday, with highs in the upper 60s. The weather service says there’s only a slight chance of rain showers after 2 p.m. Friday, but winds will be blowing at about 15 mph and gusting to 30 mph. Clouds will increase on Saturday, and gusts will continue to reach 30 to 35 mph at times in inland areas and higher near the coast. Once again, the strength of the winds will be determined by how far or how close the storm’s center gets to New Jersey. As of now, rain showers are likely in the late afternoon and Saturday night, then again on Sunday. The storm should be gone from our region by Monday, with partly sunny skies returning and highs reaching the mid- to upper 60s.
