- An IDF soldier was seriously injured, and other soldiers were lightly wounded in the encounter in Rafah when A group of 3 Hamas terrorists exited from the tunnel and fired an RPG towards IDF forces. The IDF fighters engaged in a face-to-face battle and killed two terrorists; the third, who attached an explosive charge to an APC Namer, fled.

- iDF received the body and will be sent to identification.
