- LSTA officials told TVOL that they are not legally obligated to transport students every single school day from September through June 30. They said their contract with the BOE requires only that they “procure the services of transportation for the students,” not provide buses on every date.
This response came after parents complained about the lack of transportation on Thanksgiving and December 25.

New Jersey has not said anything yet regarding the high premiums for residents.

- A pedestrian was injured in a crash on Route 547/Squankum Road around 6 p.m. Wednesday, Howell police said. The incident occurred just north of Maxim Road and remains under investigation. - Police in Tel Aviv are searching for a 19-year-old bochur from Bnei Brak who has been missing since Wednesday evening, Israel Police said. Eliyahu Abba Shaul left his home shortly before Storm Byron intensified and has not made contact since. According to Channel 12, search efforts are focused near the Yarkon River, where his bicycle was found.

    1. Better they bring in a shoichet to show how it's done. My father took me when I was ten years old. Yes, we ate it from Yom Kippur through Succot.

    Since when do we not teach Mechiras Yosef?

    1. And I remember skipping "dodaim" in third (or was it second?) grade (I spoke Hebrew fluently, so just read ahead.) To this day, I don't know what dodaim really are, except their being an aphrodisiac. We actually did learn about Tamar, but don't recall how Mrs Koppelman explain the "difficult" parts. I guess two wives was more difficult to explain (four, forget about it)
