Video: Rav Chaim Paskens on Hearing Parshas Zachor without Minyan for those in Quarantine

Rav Chaim Kanievsky shlita was asked if people who live in Israel and work in France  should they stay in France and hear parshas Zachor and megilah with a minyan or return to Eretz Yisrael and have to be quarantine in isolation  because of Coronavirus and be without a minyan. He answered they should return to Israel Shomer Mitzva Lo Yeda Davar Ra

    maybe thats what reb chaim meant ? maybe not watch the video - you can teitch it that going to minyan lo yeda davar raa-the shoel is also a bit confused about what that means
