Once the Democrats in Trenton are successful in popping the 2% cap on property taxes that Christey put on.....the BOE won't need a loan anymore. They will just raise your property taxes by $60m....each and every year. And by the way, the township is also raising their part now every year. Soon property taxes will be $25k on a small house.
