 Update: Zoning Board tonight approves a 4 story building on Route 88 and Monmouth Avenue which will contain 99 residential apartments (LNN)

Appeal # 4115 – Hampton Development, LLC, 133 Ocean Avenue, Block 248.01 Lot 65.01,
 B-4 zone. Proposed 3 story residential apartment building with ground floor
 parking.
Appeal # 4167 – Jeffrey Jerman, Turin Avenue, Block 1042 Lot 7, B-3 Zone. To construct a
 single family home on an undersized lot,
Appeal # 4169 – Cellco Partnership, Locust Street, Block 1077 Lot 60. Use variance requested
 to install a temporary wireless communication facility.
Appeal # 4170 – Jacob Miller, Gudz Road, Block 11.30 Lot 13.01, R-12 zone. To construct a
 single family home. Requesting combined side yard setback variance of 20
 feet where 25 feet is required.

  1. Appeal # 4115 was listed on earlier Agendas as a 4 story building. The plans have not changed from having a first level parking garage (which isn’t even big enough) and another 3 levels on top of that. 1 + 3 = 4.

    Why does the zoning secretary want to make this sound smaller than it really is?

    1. I do a lot pf driving in that area and I looked on the township zoning page for the plans on this huge structure, but many documents which are supposed to be there are still missing. I tried calling the zoning board secretary a thousand times to get the documents, but nobody ever answers. So I then sent an email, but still didn't get the information. What's going on with this application? Is it even allowed to be heard if the documents are being hidden from the public?
