    1. There is no surge, most cases are asymptomatic young people. Not to say there aren't any in danger, but it's not statistically significant. Not trying to minimize the gravity of even one is too much.

  2. A rise in hospitalization usually starts 2-4 weeks in to a new outbreak, and the levayos after...
