If you are going as far as Arizona how about starting a community in Alaska?
ReplyDeletePlenty of land, the government will be thrilled to have more residents and best of all aside from other programs they pay $2,000 a year (from oil revenues) per resident no matter how high your income is . So if you move with five kids you are starting off with $14,000 a year in a very low cost state.
