Of course his call for the destruction of Jewish businesses is not so bad. As long as he doesn't complain about development.
Rabbi Weisberg and the Lakewood Scoop had a realtor fired when he wrote that he wishes so many chasidim weren't moving from Brooklyn to Toms River.
You all put us and our businesses in danger. Social media is filled with threats for the upcoming protest. I hope nothing bad happens. But you put us all in danger nevertheless. You all proved today that you do not care about the klal. You care about your image. Shame on all of you.
Signed,
Harold Herskowitz.
This idea that it is ok to smash and burn Jewish stores because Jews stole the money anyway, comes from the Nazis on Kristalnacht.
ReplyDeleteI can blame Ray Coles for being gullible and uncaring with our safety. But Shenky, Weisberg and Aaron putting us all in danger for their own kovod and power? That is a new level of irresponsibility. I hope everyone will help me as soon as they receive their Republican primary absentee ballots delivered to their homes and vote for my name only. I am saddened that I am using their actions against them, but the best way for us to rid ourselves of these so called leaders that don't care about us, is to remove them from their power perch.
I also suggest that as many people as possible contact them and tell them who they are supporting as a fine young man.
I will be voting for Harold, and so will my family. G-d bless you, Harold.
ReplyDeleteI want a voice for the people. I'm voting for Harold. Hatzlocha.
ReplyDeleteHarold for committee
ReplyDeleteon the same day that the electricity was shut down preventing Torah learning in BMG now the Vaad goes out there with a photo op press conference while Jewish stores on Clifton have to board up and people fear their livelihood and their lives. They are sacrificing yiddishe gelt and chas vesholom and they say lets hope for the best. Thus is INSANE!!
ReplyDeleteAll I asked was to have a weekday protest that we yidden could join and make a Saturday protest unnecessary. If they insist on still making a protest in shabbos we can tell them to make it innthe Blue Claws parking lot. Fobyou remember when they made an anti toeiva school protest and the made them move it to the Blue claws? They werent scared of looting. They were scared of the image. So now they need to keep the protest in a place they can loot convenientl . If Aaron thinks this young man is so peaceful and the march is a great idea, let him have it on a cul de sac by carey and forest.
ReplyDeleteJune 2017
ReplyDeleteWhen Lakewood Jews were singled out in a govt raid and paraded in the streets for the media who were tipped off in well publicized raids to see husbands and wives publicly humiliated, not only did the vaad not defend them and remain silent but they were thrown under the bus and called bad apples by the official vaad spokesman.
June 2020
the vaad praises an individual who says its ok for Jewish Businesses to be smashed because they bribed and stole... This is the face of the VAAD
shame on them
shame on them
shame on them
Why should ... care about Yiddishe gelt or parnassa ... cashed out and took care of themselves
ReplyDeleteThis same guy also like a comment that called for BLOOD during the protest. don't know if it is still on his page, but it was 2 days ago. There is no reason to close down streets for them to protest in an area where they can cause a lot of damage.
ReplyDeleteThis show by the vaad and BOE is all to pleese Murphy that he should deliver the gelt.
ReplyDeleteThroughout the Corona virus the powers that be did all they can go appease Murphy that is all they care about.
I do not live in Lakewood anymore. If i did i would be orginizing a fund to hire private security to protect people and businesses.
ReplyDeleteTHere are many such firms who would present a formidable presence that would dissuade violence and keep the march peaceful
An 8 year old Lakewood yingeleh, heard his father and others addressing Governor Murphy in closing yeshivas and shuls without being fair to religion.....
ReplyDeleteThe innocent Yingeleh said, "Murphy is a great person, He's Agudahs man in New Jersey, I saw him at the Siyum Hashas waving to everybody from the head table".
Tah, Agudah most probably wants the shuls and yeshivas closed, but why?
This comment is so silly. At least it’s a good outlet. Fell better now?
DeleteNOT SILLY AT ALL
DeleteYOURS IS SILLY
+1
DeleteHow do we reach Trump -tell him we all voted for him
ReplyDeleteSEND THE ARMY NOW
AND OF COURSE DAVEN AND OPEN THE YESHIVAS NOW NOW NOW
The Vaads people worked hard to shut Porch Minyanim.
ReplyDeleteA lot of the internal hatred in this town is because of the Vaad .
It boggles the mond how frum ppl could care less about other yiddins businesses just so they can further their own personal needs this is soo disgusting t have such a "leadership"if the prophets were alive today what would they have said about this leadership who make money and power off the backs of the working poor and ignore any danger they put them in.
ReplyDeletegiving a pesach box is no license to put the orthodox Jewish community in a sakkana. older people are pretrified of this protest. Mothers of little children are scared can these Lakewood leaders look them in the eye and take full achrayus for what they have done?
ReplyDeleteHow can they be Soo foolish and put people in danger even if nothing bad happens they have caused Lakewood Jews and business owners to live in fear.
Reb Yid, it is you who are living in fear. Progressive bums will always be bums. Jewish fear and guilt is a thing of the past. I say bring whatever you got on.
