DeleteThey don't seem to recognize that many / most people have difficulty saying slichos they don't understand. Rav Hutner recognized this and in Chaim Berlin slichos are shortened. And when Rav Hutrner gave rebuke it was laced with love and uplifting words. Why couldn't they at least express that some people have the music for pure motives? Why such a harsh letter?
