-NJ primary Andy Kim wins democratic senate primary

-Curtis Bashaw has won the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in New Jersey, defeating a candidate endorsed by Donald Trump. He will face Democrat Andy Kim -- and independent Bob Menendez -- in the fall.
-Chris Smith wins 

-Trump and Biden win their primaries 

-Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-Paterson) has won renomination in the 9th congressional district, the New Jersey Globe projects, beating back a Palestine-focused Democratic primary challenge from Prospect Park Mayor Mohamed Khairullah.

- Dem Robert Menendez has won the Democratic primary for Congress in NJ-8.  He will get a second term.

-With all districts now reporting in the three-way race for the Republican nomination for mayor of Howell Township, Planning Board member John Leggio leads Deputy Mayor Ian Nadel by just 66 votes. Not all mail votes were counted. (Onejersey)

- William Byrne defeats Kevin Geohegan in GOP primary for an unexpired term on the Toms River Township Council. Nj globe

  2. of course Trump and Biden won their primaries, there was no one running against them. Even if Biden got only one vote, he would have won the Democratic primary
