According to the official Siyum Hashas

90,000 seats is not alot for the frum world today kein yirbu , considering that many familes bought 10+ seats i actually bought 20 figuring my nephews.... fact is most people DID NOT buy tickets ask the people in shul by maariv tonight. aguda knowing this pushed for out of towners to buy first since it is even more meaningful and greater chizuk for them . lastly the more yeshiva olam will probaly end up at dirshu siyum which i think will have more power & punch as some people felt that citifield had it more than met life i dont mean at all to knock aguda
ReplyDeleteWhy make it in the Northeast they should make it out of town
DeleteI hope they have a live hookup in Lakewood.
ReplyDeleteI went to that one 15 years ago in the HS on Sommerset and had a better experience than at Meadowlands last time.
Better view of the screen ,indoors and no traffic
oh please guys! I was by the last one and there is nothing like being there live and hearing an AMEN by so many yidden and being in crowd while 90,000 jews are dancing with such simcha . with every penny and worth the shlep and it's a tremendous thing to show your children .
ReplyDeleteIf u r lucky enough to afford a field level seat the dancing is super
DeleteBut for the rest of us it was a bit clumsy to dance between the seats
I hope they will have a nice hookup in Lakewood
They should lower the price and give upgrades to those who already bought tickets.
ReplyDeleteRumors there will be another location with affordable seating options
ReplyDeleteThe Dirshu one
DeleteParking.
ReplyDeleteGetting there.
Speakers drone on and on.
Eat before coming.
There's a waiting list now for the $100 seats
ReplyDeleteI don't understand - when I purchased a ticket over 2 weeks ago, even the $100 seats were sold out. Very fishy. I would have preferred to buy a $25 ticket and that is it...
ReplyDeleteDont panic. People buy to resell- last time the price crashed right before the event.
ReplyDeleteCalled them there's a waiting list for the $100
ReplyDeleteHow many seats were allocated for 25 or 36 are there more 100 seats than the cheaper ones
ReplyDeleteI suspect they didnt actually sell out the cheaper tickets. They probably only sold some of them. If they in fact sold out and have waiting lists- why are they so busy advertising the event on every blog and paper?? My gut says they are selling slow and are trying to create hype so people order ticket . Just my feeling. I was offered the $180 tickets for $100 today......
ReplyDeleteWhy are they only trying to get the rich baalei batim
