Strong thunderstorms are expected to hit New Jersey on Wednesday, packing possible 70-mph wind gusts that could lead to flooding and power outages. The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook, saying widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop Wednesday afternoon and evening.
