Heaviest snow is at night Monday thru Tue morning. Snowfall rates of 2-4 inches per an hour are likely. Be Ready! Life-threatening conditions and extremely dangerous travel due to heavy snowfall and strong winds...With whiteout conditions. Secondary and tertiary roads may become impassable. Strong winds may down power lines and tree limbs. Did we mention another storm is coming Thurs night with more snow?
